in historic "Old Town" in Lewisville,
Texas, owner Greg Tierney brings
"down home cooking" to the bustling Lewisville area. No one is ever a
stranger at Tierney's Cafe & Tavern, as you are routinely greeted by
name and immediately served by the most attentive wait staff in North Texas.
You'll also mingle with Lewisville's
most familiar faces. Meet the mayor, most of the local police force,
postal employees, and dozens of people from the many local businesses.
TC&T is where it's happening for breakfast and lunch. TC&T serves
up not only great food, but also the most energized lunch experience in
the area.
What's made TC&T so popular? Greg's home cooked daily specials for
one thing. Favorites include "the best damn chicken fried steak in Denton County", so says the Dallas
Morning News, or a huge portion of meatloaf and mashed potatoes,
smothered in gravy? Want to venture into trying something new? Try the
artichoke pasta dish with a dash of lemon.
The specials change daily and you are always invited to request your own
favorites for "the big board" or order off the more than 100
menu items always available. It's never "the same old thing" at
TC&T.
Want to top off a great meal with a fantastic dessert? Try our homemade
pies. Chocolate, strawberry, cherry, and blueberry are just a few of the
revolving selection, prepared daily. But make sure you order it when you
walk in the door, freshly baked pies are the most popular item on the
menu and they go fast!
